Cancellation Policy

A signed agreements and non-refundable 25% retainer are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event. Because we reserve your event date exclusively, all retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible based on availability. Cancellations made by the client will result in forfeiture of the retainer. Any additional payments made may be refundable at Curto's Carts' discretion depending on timing, staffing, and event preparation already completed. Final guest counts, event details, and package selections should be confirmed prior to the event date. Service time reflects active bartending and service hours only and does not include setup or breakdown time. Curto's Carts typically arrives approximately 1 hour prior to the scheduled event start time for setup and remains after service concludes for breakdown and cleanup. Additional service hours may be added based on availability. Travel outside of our base service area may incur an additional fee. Curto's Carts is a dry-hire mobile bar service. Alcohol is not included and must be supplied by the client in accordance with Florida law. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
